Melaninlashess LLC - Client Policy Thank you for choosing Melaninlashess for your lash services! To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone, please carefully review our policies below: Before Your Appointment: Please arrive with no existing lash extensions or lash glue on your lashes. If lashes or glue are present, a $35 removal fee will be charged. Avoid wearing high or low ponytails, as they make it difficult to lay comfortably during your service. No coffee before your appointment — this time is for you to relax. Please use the restroom before your appointment. No phone use during the service; I need your eyes closed the entire time for the best results. Calls will be answered if urgent. Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 or older to receive service. If under 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the entire appointment, no exceptions. Appointments & Deposits: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at booking via the website. The deposit applies only to the booked day. You may reschedule once without paying a new deposit. Frequent rescheduling will require a new deposit for each change. Late Policy: Please notify me if you are running late so I can inform following clients. There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation and a no-show fee. A $30 late fee will be charged if you still want to keep the appointment past 15 minutes. No-Show Policy: Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations if possible. If cancellation is same day, please notify me at least 1-2 hours before your appointment. No-shows will be charged 80% of the service price. To book future appointments after a no-show, a $40 no-show fee plus full payment upfront will be required. Guests Policy: Please come alone to your appointment. No extra guests or children allowed. If you bring someone, they must wait outside. Children are not permitted in the appointment area. If you bring a child, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Payment: I will only accept cash payments immediately after each appointment. I no longer accept Cash App, Apple Pay, or cards. Melanin Lashess LLC – Lash Policies Thank you for choosing Melanin Lashess LLC 🤍 To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review and respect the following policies. ⸻ Appointment Policy • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. • Lash services are a 2-hour process, and late arrivals affect the schedule for other clients. ⸻ Grace Period • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals over 15 minutes late without notice will result in the appointment being canceled. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Same-day cancellations require a minimum 2-hour notice via call or text. ⸻ No-Call / No-Show Policy • Failure to communicate or improper cancellation will be considered a no-call/no-show. • The card on file will be charged 60% of the scheduled service for no-call/no-shows. • After the first no-call/no-show or faulty cancellation, a deposit will be required to book future appointments. • Cash App payments and new bookings will not be allowed until the deposit is paid. ⸻ Payment Policy • A valid card must be on file to secure your appointment. • Deposits (when required) are non-refundable and go toward your service.
